A dictatorship has been declared m the Argentine in ooruieotion with the strikers, and many people have been killed. There is rioting in Buenos Aires, and the public buildings are barricaded. A general strike has been called. It is estimated' that one hundred have been killed'as the result \of the strikes. The trains are not running throughout the country.
