Foity-tlutd Reinforcement), found guilty by district court-marital, held at Trenthain Camp, of-.—(1)-When under orders for active service, deserting His Majesty's service; (2) losing by neglect his equipment, clothing and regimental necessaries; and was sentenced to imprisonment with hard labour for one ye 79,'438 Pte. E. Atkinson., Details (late B Coy., Forty-second Reinforcement), found guilty of similar charges to theabove, was also sentenced to imprisonment with hard labour for one year, and 81446 Pte. J. Minchin, Details (late tT Coy., Forty-first Reinforcement), was senfenced to imprisonment iriHi Juird labour for nine months, 9'896 Pte. A. ' Blanchard, Details, found guilty of disobeying in such a manner as to show a wilful defiance of authority a lawful command given personally by his superior officer in the execution o'f his office, was sentenced to imprisonment with hard labour-for two years. ___^___g —
