LECTURER ON ETHNOLOGY APPOINTED. By Telegraph—Press Xssociation. Dunedin, December 30. At a special meeting of the Otaeo University Council to-day Mr. H. I>. Skinner, 8.A.. D.CJL, was appointed Lecturer on Ethnology. The appointment was rendered possible by the generosity of a Dunedin citizen who wishes to remain anonymous and who has contributed half the salary of the lecturer for five years.
