COMING BACK SOON
THE MAIN BODY JIEXA
"I am 6iire it will be a. very pleasant Christmas message for the people of Now Zealand to hear Hint the War Office has sanctioned the transfer to England for early evacuation'of .'lie 101-4 and 1913 , classes of the New Zealand Division," said' Sir' James Altai yesterday. "General Richardson has promised to advise me later of the date of the transfer. This means 'tliat the Main Body men and the men of the earlier reinforcements' will .be '.transferred to England soon, and returned to New Zealand a3 " early, as possible." Sir James Allen did not wish to speculate as to the probable date on which wo should see the first of these Main Body men buck in. their l own country. The first, task is. the evacuation of the pick and wounded, and this is being done nuiy.. Tile holidays will probably be observed, at the front'as elsewhere, and it is' therefore unlikely that any .of the. fit men of .the division will be'taken over to England until the New Year. Wβ may possibly see the first of the men. about April jiext.
