ACKNOWLEDGMENT OP SERVICES. By Telegraph—Press Association Christchurch, December 20. The Hon. G. W. Russell, Minister of Internal Affairs, has announced that instructions have been given, to design a certificate for workers in the influenza campaign throughout the Dominion. In connection with cases where voluntary workers'lost their lives in fightinjj tho epidemic, Mr. Russell 'eugßests that the Government should erect tombstones in the same way ns it erects them for soldiers.
