The Minister of Defence (Siv .Tames Allen) has been {or some time trying to arrange to secure for the soldiers of New Zeaiand in Egypt and Palestine opportunities to see the Home Country before returning to their own land, bir James Allen has just received advice from the War Office and the Minister of Shipping in the United Kingdom that it may be difficult to loroply with the request owing to lack of shipping transport. It is possible that these soldiers will have to coiuo homo divect irom Egypt unless they nre willing to submit to 'long delay before repatriation.
