AN "UNDESIRABLE IMMIGRANT"
CROWN PRINCE'S BEHAVIOUR IN HOLLAND Amsterdam, December 16. The residents of Wieringen. rnnde , an angry demonstration outsido the exCrown Prince's house, owing to his association with a lady visitor from Amsterdam. The Burgomaster of AVieringen expressed his disapproval of the ex-Crown Prince's .behaviour.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn. (Rec. December 18, 2 a.m.) Copenhagen, December 16. The "Deutsche Zeitung" says that the Crown Prince at the outbreak of'the revolution asked for permission to remain in the Army as a general. His request was refused. He then offered to remain as a private. This also was rejected. The Grown Princo finally decided to go to Holland after being forbidden to join his family as a civilian.-*A.us.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
EX-EMPEROR KARL . ' BARBED FROM SWITZERLAND. London, December IC. It is reported from Munich that Switzerland has refused to allow the Austrian ex-Emperor Karl to reside in the confederation, in view of Holland's difficulties over the sojourn of the ex-Kaiser.— Ans.-N.Z. Cablo Assn.-Router. It is also stated that the cm-Emperor Karl intends to be a candidate in the forthcoming elections of the Austrian Naioital Assembly—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.Kenter.
