SOLDIERS' DEATHS
Advice -has been received that 23/902 Edward Thomas Ryan, a returned discharged soldier, died at the residence ot his sister (Mrs. Walker, Henderson), on December 10. Deceased was 25 jears ot age and single, his next-of-kin being Thomas Ryan (father), Gisborne. 23/963 John Macaulay Wrightson, a discharged soldier, died on November 21. Deceased was 41 years of age and single, his next-ofrkin being his mother, Mrs. Isabel Wrightson, Cromwell. 11,275 Sergeant Alexander Gunn died at the Christchurch Hospital on December 3. Deceased was a returned discharged soldier. He was 29 yeara of ace and single, his next-of-kin being William Gunn (father), Caithness, Scotland.
