MURDER OF A CHAUFFEUR
A SOUTH AUSTRALIAN TRAGEDY. (Ree. Decomber 12, 7.35 p.m.) Adelaide, December 12. On November 22 n motor driver named Harold Jacques was engaged 1» drive a man named Budd tn Crystal Brook. Jacques's body, the head battered to n nulp, was found on Saturday buried beneath his own ear in premises at Port Pirie, where "Budd lodeod. BmUl's landlady stated that Budd dug a hole, stating that he intended clearing the uuder-gear of |ho molor-enr. Siilr-eouently a ear was brought in and a shed erorted over it. Budd was arrested on a charge of murdering Jacques. He stated that Tie bought the car for Press Assn.
