Cotton, S. 'Ciendon, \V. Wnlton, .1. Biassel, W. Meldrum, J. M'Dougall, and W. Kerr. The engineer's department reported that the actual work ef tarring the footpaths had not yet been commenced,' but shingle 'was' being eartt-d in readiness so that'the work coiild proceed shortly. An inspection had been made of the lio'oiigh, and premises reported as unclean had boan attended to.
