Mr. Amo Dosch Fleurot, in a message 'from Berlin, states: "I interviewed Dr. Baiiachild, the German Consul-General at Moscow, who said that it would not take much to overthrow tho Bolsheviki. lie pointed out that a reign of tenor was still being carried on, and said that the Bolsheviki wove planning ti bloodier and more terrible war than the one winch had just ended, and that even if overthrown the Bolsheviki had tremendous funds, which he thought they would employ to propagate their ideas throughout the world."—Aus.-N.Z. A PEACE HINT. Stockholm, December 3. M. Litvinoff (Bolslievik Envoy in London) in the course of an interview, said he was empowered to represent Russia if Britain proposed negotiations. Ho did not know what the Allies wanted from Russia, but Russia wanted peace, and was prepared to inako concessions on all questions except on matters internal, it would be impossible for Russia to pay her debts immediately, but a moratorium mHit bo arranged whereby Russia would grant mining and commercial concessions, and make her natural resources available. —Aus.-N.Z.
