ANOTHER PROTEST FROM AUCKLAND

The Harbour Board has approved of the telegram sent by the chairman to the Premier protesting against the outrageous and insulting" telegram sent V>y the Hon. G. W. Russell to the Mayor of Auckland, and adding: ' Until it is satisfactorily proved that the Makura is n. clean ship, she will not be berthed at Auckland wharf." The telegram concludes: "We feel surei you will insist on the withdrawal of the gross re. flection on the Stayer and council.
