AFTER TWO YEARS IN THE COURTS
A DEATH SENTENCE COMMUTED. San Francisco, November 20. The sentence of deatli passed on Thomas J. Mooney, who was convicted of complicity in the bomb outrage in the streets of San Francisco, has been commuted to life imprisonment by Governor Stephens. The caso has been in tho courts of California for more than two years—Aub.-N,Z. Cable Aean.
