President Wilson, replying to critics, says he does not attach Any weight to the contention that his absence from the United States will incapacitate him from the performance of his Presidential duties. He intends to officially administer his office on board ship, and also in Paris, by cable wireless. The President's passport will permit him to visit Italy,- Prance, and Britain. It is understood that he will first visit France. A shipload of Press correspondents is shortly leaving on route for Europe—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
