ONLY FORTY MI3N NOW AWAY. Every day now sees a numerical improvement in the stall' of tlio municipal tramways, and as the men report for duty a slight improvement daily is being made in tho services. In normal times there aro usually about fifteen men away from ono cause or another, so that with only forty away, as reported yesterday, tho conditions aro rapidly becoming normal, and next week, at all events, should see full services resumed over all lines.
