THE KAISER'S PRESENCE IN HOLLAND
HIS ALLEGED ABDICATION London. November 19. There is a growing feeling that the Kaiser's presence in Holland is a menace to Europe. Some newspapers demand that he should be extradited anil put on trial. The "Daily Chronicle" says that if is partly the inaction of the Allies regarding the Kaiser that has provoked anger and disgust. It is pointed out that the alleged abdication is enveloped in mystery, and that it is questionable whether the Kaiser really signed away the rights of the Crown.
