London, November 13. •A German wireless message states that thero wovo isolated instances of resistance in Berlin by officers faithful to tho Kaiser. These were soon suppressed. Tho population is quiet and obedient. There an isolated cases of pillaging, and these have been ruthlessly punished. Yon HimJenbuTg is in accord with the new Government.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
