A further Gormnn wireless message states that tho now National Government has met. It consists of Herr Ebert, Herr Soheidcmann, and Herr Landsberg (Majority Socialists), Horr Haase; Herr Dittmann, and Herr Bath (Independent Socialists). Every Departmental Minister will be assisted by two Socialists, ona from the Majority Party nnd one from tho Independent Party.
