It was resolved to advise him' that the board lias no objection to his' doing so, provided the purchaser understands that he buys Jhe improvements at his own risk, and that their ownership confers on him no pre-emption right to the land.. The New' Zealand Fertiliser Co., Ltd., applied for a lease of Sections 17, Block A 7, and 3, Block VI, Raurimu Township, 1 Tood 35 perches, and! rood .03 perches respectively. • It was resolved to grant them a permit to occupy from year to year, under Section 130 of the Land Act, 1908, at a rent of M each per annum, subject tq the' usual conditions P.
