SAILORS' FRIEND SOCIETY
There was a big audience at tho Sailors' Friend Society on Thursday, when Jlra. J. Patterson provided a most enjoyable programme for her guests. Hie performers were: Tho Jlesdanie.s iJeinpfiter and J. Patiwson, the Misses Clnpp, Taylor, Tasker, Harrison, Findlay, Pickthall. Fenton, and Messrs. 'Inylor, Martin, Johns, and Corporal L. Quanc. lue electricnlly-lighted club swinging by .Mis,; Harrison was much enjoyed. the Misses Clapp, Buckmnster, and I'ickthttll wero at tho piauo. Mr. Moore, niissioiier, thanked tho Terrace donors for prizes for the competitions. Hospitality at the hands of the hostess was much enjoyed.
