REGULAR REPRESENTATION. London, October 23. ■ Mr. Bonai Lair, in. the House of Commons, said that the Dominion Governments had not yet formally nominated the Ministers to act as regular members of the Imperial War Cabinet, but Sir Robert Borden (Prime Minister of Canada) had recently arranged for a Canadian representative to attend any meetings occurring. General Sniuts was available as the representative of South Africa, and Mr. W. M. Hughes was available to represent Australia.
