TO REPLACE PRIVATE SHIPPING LOSSES
LIMITED SALE OF STATE-OWNED VESSELS. London, October 23. The Press Bureau reports: "Tho Government has decided to sell a limited number of Government-owned vessels to owners who have lost ships by action of the submarines, in order to replace losses. The decision will affect the uso of the vessels during ft war emergency. -Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
