STATEMENT OP NUMBERS. (Rec. October 22, 7.55 p.m.) London, October 21. In'the House- of Commons Mr. ,T. F. Hope (for the, Prisoners of War Department) said that the British prisoners in Germany totalled 5302 officers and 142,'JS? men; (here were,2B officers o.nd 242 men in Austria, and 430 officers, 117 Indian officers, 2371 British men, and 6580 Indians, in Turkey—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
