THE REINFORCEMENTS
POSTING OF RECRUITS.
The recruit drafts for the camps having been Bet back a month, as announced yesterday, the recruiting authorities have decided that the i first ballot in Class D of the Second Division shall not take placo until February. This change makes it quite certain that none of the balloted Class D men (three children) will reach the front before the beginning of 1920, if at all.
The Forty-ninth, Fiftieth, and Fiftyfirst Reinforcements (February, March, and April mobilisations) are now closed as far as men not yet posted are concerned. First Division volunteers and appellants whose appeals are dismissed unconditionally by the military service boards will now bo granted leave until the Fifty-second draft, concentrating in the period April 29-May 3. Second Division appellants whose appoals are dismissed will be granted leave until the end of Hay. First Division reservists who were called up this week and who have not appealed will, if classed fit, be given leave until the Anril 29-May 8 concentration. Accretions to tho Second Division (classes A,' B, and 0), called up by the same Gazette, will receive leave until the draft concentrating at the end of May.
From now on until February the Gazettes calling men for service will; cover onlv acoretions to the First Di-( vision ancl Classes A, B, and C of the Second Division. These Gazettes will be issued monthly as formerly.
