j On Saturday the "soccer" season for 1918 was brought to a close at Associa- ! tion Park. In the Fourth B'cup final i Y.M.C.A. met and defeated Mariet by 2 goals to 1. This was the third time these teams had met to decide who should be winner. Mr. J. Ferguson was referee. ; The Scouts' banner was won-by St. i Thomas for the third successive season. Much comment was heard ae to the F-izo and weight of the team, the boys being much above theaverage Scout. " First Bound: St. Thomas's 5, Roseneath 0; Y.M.O.'A. 9, Institute 0; St. Paul's 6, St. Peter's Sea Scouts, 0; Kelburn a bye. Seoond Round: St. Thomas's 6, Kelburn 0; St. Paul's 2, Y.M.C.A. 0. Final: St. Thomae's 7; St. Paul's 0. The referees were Messrs. Bellj Auld, M'Ardle, and Hendry.
