EARLY SETTLERS

Tho Early Settlers and Historical Association has arranged for another of their _ interesting gatherings. On this occasion they are having a distinct change in their ■ address. Miss Holmes having consented to address members. The subject will be "Remarkable Buildings I havo seen during my Travels." Miss Holmes has visited many lands during her travels, and what is of most interest at tho present timo will be her description of many of the well-known towns in Belgium, of which she has many recollections. The meeting will be held at Godber's Rooms, Courtenay Place, on (Thursday next. Musical items refreshments, etc., will all tend to make an enjoyable evening. The association also announce their intention of holding an "At Homo" on the following Saturday afternoon, also in Godber's Rooms.
