The follo-.ving temporary appointments have been approved by tho Camp Commandant-at Feailierstori:— I'te. H. Lloyd, Headquarters Records Office, to be'temporary corporal; Pte. W. Miller, Headquarters CI Records, to be temporary corporal; Pte. J. Davies, P.E.A.S.C., to be temporary lance-corporal; I'te. J. I. P. Dines, C Coy., Forty-sixth, to be temporary corporal; *Pte. T. C. L. Browne I'.E.A.S.C, to be temporary lance-corporal; Pte. A. ■K. Johnston, C Coy-, Forty-sixth, to bo temporary lance-corporal; Pte. E. H. Poyntev, C Coy., Forty-sixth, to be temporary lance-corporal. The following n.c.o-'s of the physical and bayonet training staff, having qualified as assistant instructors, ■■ are entitled to wear the badge denoting same:—Corpls. E. S. West, J. H. Patterson. The following men'of the Forty-fifth Mounted Rifles have beeu promoted to the rank of temporary corporals:— Ptes. T. S. Maskew, C. P. C. Elam, T. Mohrtens, P. M. O'Shamiessey, GStewart, J. It, Gn'gg, R. Odgers, E. Fear, W. M. Matson, G. H. Adams, E. A. Hamilton, T. B. Bowker, F. Holmes. W. A. Lyon, R, J. Edgar, A. J. M. Dickson, R, P. O'Shaughncssy. Pte. W. Tait, Mounted Details, has been promoted temporary corporal.
