CHANGEABLE WEATHER
Yesterday's weather w.is in sharp com trast to tlie mild spring-like conditions, of the two preceding days. A stiff south-easter, with rain, squalls and a heavy sea in the harbour, lasted throughout the day, with occasional blinks of sunshine. Present indications, states the official report, arc for strong south-easterly winds, generally, changeable and'showery conditions, especially in the northern and East Coast districts. The barometer has a rising tendency.
