'■The case of, Noel • Goldsbury, formerly on .the staff of tho Technical Collego, and who is now serving a term of imprisonment for failing to submit to examination by the Military Medical Board, was discussed by the Chrst-. church City Council. The council, decided that its grant to the college should be withheld so long as the resolution of the board of governors granting leave of 'absence to Goldsbury remains in force. '
