FAIR WEATHER
Yesterday was one of Wellington's fortunate days—tempered breezes, warm sunshine, and a placid harbour. A light southerly sprang up about midday, but died away completely as the afternoon wore on. Present indications are for -strong north-east to northwest winds, and increasing cloudiness, with a general rainfall to follow.
