Toms, Forty-eighth Spec. Coy., to be temporary corporal; Ptes. E? J. Gough, G. T. Martin, C. D. Newton, Forty-eighth Spec. Coy., to be temporary, lance-corporals; Pte. A. E. AVillcinson, Forty-eighth Spec. Coy., to be temporary corporal; Corpl. \\. P. S. Cole, Forty-second M.R., to be temporary sergeant; Corpls. I. J. Ross, F. J.
