MAGISTRATE'S COURT
Mr. F. V. Frazer, S.M.. presided in the Magistrate's Court yesterday. For insobriety, Joseph Dosscnbach was fined £1, and Harry B. Patau £2. i William Henry. Smith, alias Cox, was convicted of"the of a pair" of boots and a cardigan jacket belonging to Matthew O'Neill and a canvas baa belonging to Patrick Lockett. SmMi bkinnd drink for this .and all his trouble, but the Magistrate remarked that he had a record of fourteen prior convictions: Smith was sentenced to one month's imprisonment, and was prohibited.
