They met the protagonists ot lill parties, including the leaders of the Sinjj, Fein movement in Dublin, who frankly declared their wish to establish a secure republic. , They would even accept German aid to gain their oojectivo. Messrs. Dillon and Devlin acknowledged that Sinn Feinism was predominant throughout Ireland. They believed that tlie introduction of'conscription will meet with bloody resistance The delegates found Ireland gtuieially ' remarkably prosperous. While the old partv lines were fiercely maintained, the Labour movement, attnouncing its espousal of Bolshevik ideas, is taking shape, and promises to influence tho future development of Ireland in an important manner.—' United Service. •' •"'
