PRISONERS' PARCELS FOR TURKEY
COMPLAINTS TO BE INVESTIGATED. (Rec. September 24, 10.15 p.m.) London, September 23. In consequence of the British representations, the Netherlands Minister at Constantinople is sending inspectors to the Turkish prisoner enmps to investigate the Minplainte of the non-delivery of parcels. The inspectors are taking three thousand parcels which hitherto had been detained at Constantinople by the Red Crescent.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
