W: Aitken and Mr. : William Allan, intimating thoif inability to continue to act as members of the Technical Ijlducation Board.. The chairman (Mr. Forsyth) askedVthaf this matter be allowed to stand'over as they would all like to see Mr. Aitken continue a member.of the board, under the present circumstances. The applications for grants for additions to the schools, at Karori and Martinhprough were declined. Both were referred baok to the Department,
