AVairarapa Farmers' Co-operative Association, Ltd., stock department, Pahiatua, report on' their fortnightly sale held at Woodvillo on September 16 As folloivB:— We had a fair yarding of both sheep and cattle.- All lines met with keen competition ■under the hammer, particularly hoggets. ;We quote:—Small pen of hoggets (exceptional), 525. 5d.; small pen cull hoggets.: 205.; better-class- hoKgets, ranging from 245. to 265. 6d. Cattle: Yearling steers,'from £4-to £A 'l6s.; : y'earlinß heifers, £4; dairy cows.' from £10 to £12 10s.;.dairy heifers (springing),, fro*m £B''los.,to £1115s.
