THE REGULATIONS FOR THEIR PROTECTION. • ■ By Telecraph—Press Association. Christohuroh, September 17. A. meeting under the siuspiccs of the Second Division League discussed the protection of the interests of small business peoplo called up in the ballot. The chairman (Mr. H. Goodman) said he did not expect harsh criticism of the new regulations, as the Government was facing a difficult task. But ho saw difficulties ahead in administering the regulations, particularly in large cities. After a lengthy discussion an advisory committee was set up as a connecting link between the reservists and the Efficiency Board.
