TERRITORIAL PARADES
MUST A C 2 MAN ATTEND. (By Telegraph-Special Correspondent.) Mastorton, September 16. A Territorial who was charged in the Magistrate's Court to-day with failing to attend parades, pleaded that he haa boon classod C 2 as a military roservist, and therefore considered that he waß not entitled to parade. The Magistrate, Mr. Free, reserved his dceision.
