SOLDIERS SENTENCED
DISTRICT COURTS-MARTIAL,
* The findings of district courtc-mar-iin.l, held at Trentha'm Camp on September 4, having been confirmed by the Commandant, New Zealand Military Forces, are now promulgated:— No. 78,956 Pte. W. M'Combie, Details (late H Coy., 41st Reinforcements), found guilty when under orders for active service of deserting His Majesty's Service, and of losing by neglect his equipment, _ clothing, and regimental necessaries, sentenced to detention for 90 days, and stoppages to pay for deficiencies in kit amounting to £6 ss. 4d. No. 79,620-Pte. S. P. Weeks. Details (late D. Coy.. 42nd Reinforcements),, found guilty when under orders for- active service of deserting His. Majesty's Service) sentenced to detention for 112 davs. ■ ■ ~ .
