HAMILTON SUPREME COURT
By Telegraph—Press Association. Hamilton, September 3. The Supremo Court sessions opened this morning. Mr. Justice Cooper congratulated tho district on tho freedom from crime. There wero only two criminal charges—Charles Southwell, alleged indocent assault on a little girl, and Edward James Wilson, alleged attempted theft from tho person.
