By Telegraph—Press Association. New Plymouth, August 23. In the Supreme Court to-day Judgment was given in the appeal of the Eltham Dairy Company against the decision of Mr. W. E. Haseldine, S.M., in the ca?e in which E. G. Barr, a supplier of milk to the company,, claimed Ml, balance of Jiiilk supplied. Being a non-shareholder, the company made a deduction of ill in iespect to share capital represented by the supply, and also withheld the amount claimed on the ground that it was commission for handling and marketing the supplies. Barr was willing that the de-' duction of ,£ll should bo made, but not the commission. The Magistrate allowed the claim. The Chief Justice dismissed the appeal.
