For stealing a tin of cake valued at 3s. Gd., tho proporty of H. D. Bennett and Co., Edward Croft was iiued 2fls., in default sevcu dnys' imprisonment. Thomas. Jacobsen was convicted and discharged for drunkenness, and was fined 405.. in default sovon days' imSrisonment, for committing a grossly ecent act. For nshig obscene Innguago while drunk, Francis Doran waa fined with tho option of serving seven days' imprisonmont, Charles was sent to gaol for a period of six months for being a rogue and a vagabond, in that ho was found sleeping in a railway carriage
