Sydney, August 13. The Labour Conference lias concluded. A motion was passed urging that Iho Arbitration Act be amended to provide that improved wages and- conditions in the future be granted to unionists only, and that all incomes in excess of ,£IOOO a.year be appropriated for the purpose of defraying the war debt— Press Assn.
