MILLION-STERLING DOMICILE OPENED BY THE KING. London, August 3. The King opened Australia House in tho'Strand, the Commonwealth headquarters in London. Thcro was an imposing ceremony, and great crowds, including soldiers and wounded men, attended. Suitablo spoeehes wero mado by Mr. W. M. Hughes and others. When complete the coat of Australia House will be approximately a million.
