After a woiidorfullv mild week-end. tho wind about midnight on Sunday came up from tho south, and rain fell. Yesterday was bright and clear, but tho air wai cold out of the sun. Present indications aro for cool and changeable weather, and strong but dccnracing southerly winds, hacking to increasing northerlies again shortly. Tho barometer is unsteady-
