FORECAST AND SUMMARY
AT 4 P.M. YESTERDAY. Present Indications are for 000 l anil changeable weather, and strong but decreasing southerly winds, backing to increasing northorlles again shortly. Baromotor Unsteady. West and south-west Triads, ttrong to gale havo predominated, and considerable rainfall has been reported in the West Ooast and southernmost districts. Along the Last uoast fair weather prevailed on Saturday and Sunday, but rain fell during Sunday night -with snow in the higher levolß and in Ota go.
