WEATHER PROSPECTS
There was a touch of spring in the air yesterday, when Wellington, was favoured wi Ih'one of'its most perfect days. Indications, according to tho Government Meteorologist's report last evening, were for westerly to southerly winds, strong to gale, and changeable conditions, with heavy shower.', particularly in districts with a westerly aspect. Tho barometer is unsteady, but with a rising tendency everywhere suon.
