I Appellant staled he presumed the fac-; tory would -nsist upon the contract. Ho ' might be fined for a breach. The' Chairman: Tho law will not allow that. The case- was adjourned until the first meeting of tho board in September, op- ' pellant in the meantime to send his milk to the city. In the caso of a Karori dairy farmer at present supplying Wellington the ■board granted sine die exemption lon , condition that the milk continued to como to the city.
