EX-LORD MAYOR OF SHEFFIELD. (Rec. July 30, 7.30 p.m.) London, July 29. Sir Joseph Jonas, ox-Lord Mayor of Sheffield, charged with having illicit relations with the enemy, was found guilty of misdemeanour and fined ,£2OOO. The second defendant, Vernon, was fined <£1000. Defendants were ordered to pay the costs jointly— Ecuter.
