WAR LOANS TO CHINA
FOR DEFENCE AGAINST THE ENEMY. (Kec. July 30, 7.30 p.m.) Washington, July 29. The Government has approved of loans by bankers to China with the object of enabling the Chinese Government to defend itself against enemy forces. The first loan will be for ten millions sterling. —ltoutcr.
